KRF serves as an investment advisor on direct property and operating company investments, and is responsible for due diligence, underwriting, negotiations and deal structuring, and continuing investment management. We develop bespoke advisory solutions for real estate sponsors through private M&A transactions, recapitalizations, asset spinouts and restructurings.
