  • The real estate industry is an ever-growing and ever-changing space, offering multiple avenues to profit from. At KRF Capital, we understand the complexities of real estate investing, and we strive to provide our clients with the best advice and services possible. We work across the real estate spectrum by working alongside developers, operating partners, and real estate asset managers to identify interesting opportunities. We have transacted to acquire assets or loan pools in developments, prime, value add, and distressed properties. We use our extensive network of contacts to locate the most advantageous opportunities for our clients, and we provide comprehensive advice to maximize their returns
  • KRF serves as an investment advisor on direct property and operating company investments, and is responsible for due diligence, underwriting, negotiations and deal structuring, and continuing investment management. We develop bespoke advisory solutions for real estate sponsors through private M&A transactions, recapitalizations, asset spinouts and restructurings. We source and structure investment opportunities and secondary asset across the spectrum including:
  • Acquiring hotel assets in Europe
  • Portfolio management, valuation and monetization of illiquid investments including secondary transactions
  • Commercial property in primary and tertiary locations that are performing, and value add properties
  • We focus primarily on rated and non-rated debt of investment and sub-investment grade issuers in developed and emerging markets. Additionally, we structure an array of high yield bonds, convertible securities, leveraged loans, structured credit instruments, distressed debt and private debt
  • Companies can issue debt instruments with different terms and conditions depending on their needs, such as secured debt, unsecured debt, convertible debt, and syndicated loans. These debt instruments can be used to finance short-term or long-term projects, such as plant expansions, acquisitions, or capital expenditures
  • We source from commercial and investment banks, financial sponsors focused on underwriting debt solutions, SWF, Family Offices, Endowments, Pensions, and Insurers
  • We structure CMBS, CLOs, RMBS and other securitizations for primary and secondary issuance and trading
  • We prepare the lenders pack (including teaser), manage the lenders calls, database, and Q&A process. We advise and obtain competitive bids and manage legal negotiation of loan documentation. This is an important source of financing for companies as they benefit from the flexibility offered by the debt capital market, by being able to adjust the terms of their debt instruments to best meet their financial needs
